Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that you are 100% completely satisfied with the service and the event tickets that you have received. We understand that in some uncontrollable circumstances you may have the need to cancel your order. Our company policy is that once the sale has taken place that it is final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

However, we do everything in our power to re-sell the tickets that have purchased from us. We enter them back into our inventory on a consignment basis and attempt to re-sell them for the amount that you had originally purchased them for. In most we are successful in re-selling them, but if we do not, you would still be obligated to them.

If the event that you have purchased has been postponed (due to an unforeseen error, scheduling conflict, rainout or any other acceptable reason), your tickets would still be valid for the rescheduled event.

If the event that you have purchased has been cancelled outright (due to lack of box office ticket sales, rainout that will not be rescheduled, strike, etc.) we will provide you with an in-house credit for the entire amount that you had spent, less $6.50 per ticket.

Please note that event tickets cannot be replaced. Please store them in a secure environment (ideally a safe or lock box). Please keep your event tickets away from heat and direct sunlight as they will be damaged or destroyed.

We broker tickets and the ticket price is dependent on the current market price, which is usually above the face value of the ticket. We offer premium & sold out event tickets and we usually obtain them on the secondary market.

We are not affiliated with Telecharge, nor are we an official broadway ticket agency. All the New York Broadway theatre tickets we sell are above face value. We are not affiliated with the NFL, NBA, NCAA, NHL, MLB, WNBA, NASCAR, and PGA or any other professional sports organization.

When ordering event tickets or requesting information from us, we record your contact information (such as your phone number and e-mail address), your billing and shipping information, and your credit card information. All of which is solely used by us or our representatives. This information will not be given out to any person or entity attempting to gather information on our customers. We understand that your privacy is very important. If you do not wish to receive future e-mail or faxed information from us, please contact us so we can remove you from any mailing or faxing list we have. We have strict security measures in place to protect our customers’ information. All requests and transactions are sent through our secure server and are encrypted with full 128-bit encryption.
